BioPark

The Albuquerque Biological Park is the home of the Albuquerque Aquarium, which takes visitors on a journey down the Rio Grande from Albuquerque to its mouth in the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll find also at the BioPark the Rio Grande Botanic Garden featuring a 10,000 square foot glass conservatory housing native and exotic plants from desert and Mediterranean climate zones and hundreds of free-flying North American butterflies and moths. The Rio Grande Zoo at Bio Park offers visitors close encounters with more than 250 species of exotic and native animals, and the newly renovated Tingley Beach features three fishing ponds at this BioPark facility. The BioPark is located only 3 miles northwest from our Albuquerque hotel.
